Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 for a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Or: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳47,000.
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
- Specific game restrictions may apply when placing bets using bonus funds.
- joyya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on joyya9 are governed by the following rules:
- A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Each game has its own rules. Please read them before starting a game.
- If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome will be determined by the server record.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Technical Issues

- Winnings incorrectly displayed due to a software error will not be considered valid.
